Raajnett Internet — No Connection nor Refund provided

I would like to add my problem too. I paid the money and the connection was given with in a week as assured by them for 2 days i was getting speed as mentioned by them but after two days net stopped working and it is around 10 days its still not working. I am calling them 3 times a day and everytime i have to answer their same question what is ip address do ipconfig/renew bla blah, and at the end they assure today engineer will come and your problem will be fixed till date no one has come and no one responds. Now i seriously doubts whether they have an engineering team or not.

It seem i have donated some amount to Rajjnett for welfare of company. Please if you are lured by speed and packages given by them think 100 times before opting for Rajjnett. After a lot of frustation of calling them i am writing this.

The same problem with me - I registered with Raajnett 15 days ago - Yet to receive the connection !! I couldn't reach the customer care at all ! The marketing person who took the money from me, comes up with a new and innovative lie each time I call him ! I lost total hope on them ! Why Raajnett wants money from people even before forming proper infra? We can see advertisement hoardings on every lamp post as though Raajnett is readily available in our area ?! I stay in perungudi chennai and I paid Rs 1297 /- for my internet connection. I love to go legal against Raajnett - I don't want any more customers to get cheated.

Bro, i ve issued a notice already to them, let me know, i can connect you to the same lawyer. I got the connection installed within one day of notice.
