Raajnett — Very poor response & no connection

Such a very poor response... they collected Rs.6650 for six month package... by telling all stories. Its more than 20 days.. nobody is Responding, not even attending my calls. I dont know how to make a complaint also, even the toll free no very poor response.
Can you anyone please suggest how to get back my money. I am residing in porur, santhosh nagar, gangai st, near mugaliwakkam.
