Worst service, I will submit a review on tweeter. Pathetic service. 3 weeks gone. Till now my problem is not resolved....

Leakage start in geyser tank .
It could be very dangerous
It also generate unwanted noise ....

Sir I had purchased 3 nos of 200 Ltrs solar water heaters ftom Miracle solar systems Mysore. Two of my water heaters are badly leaking from past 6 mnths. The tech couldn't resolve the problem n suggested for drum change. As the items are in the warranty period I consulted the distributor Mr. Jayram and asked for drum change. He told to consult Mr. Hiremat of your company. I spoke to him and he had sent another technician but the tech yold...

Not working...

We are in Chennai having 10 year old Racold Geyser and it was not working. Hence we called the area racold office at[protected] on 11th June, 2021 in turn he given local technician no.[protected] Krishna Sales and Service, Chennai.
Subsequently, he visited 14th June and taken the said geyser of 25 ltrs and also collected Rs.1000/-as advance from us and assured to deliver it as soon as possible issuing a chalan no.SR.NO.10105086.br...

I have complained about my leaking geyser many times :

1st time the Engineer came on 6th March 2021, noted the leakage and handed over the slip (No. 1389 dated 6th March 2021)
Thereafter as nothing happened and on calling customer care, they said the previous call is closed.
So I again complained

I bought a Water heater geyser in Nov 2017. They Geyser tank is leaking .

After 1 month of complaints the technican came over and told me it needs to be replaced. ( understandable because of Covid and lockdowns)

I dont have the warranty card but have the bill. Pls help replace it.

Hello, I have a Racold- Andris Geyser and I want to complain that we were out of town for a month and after we came back, The geyser is not switching on. Even when the geyser switch is on, then too the red light in the geyser is not blinking. Please send someone at our house to repair our Geyser.

There has been leakage issue and the glass has been broken I am looking for a service excutive to repair it but I am unable to find one . I live in Hyderabad, Telengana...

I have purchased this geyser 2 months back, withing a span of 4-5days it constantly stops working then after sometime it automatically starts and then stops working, it has happened this 10-12 times and now it has permanently stopped workin.Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

I was purchased 10 ltr Racold geyser inthe month of August 2020 and installed in the same month . after 2 months geyser not working (water Heatingproblems). Same issue I was raised complaint to your customer care. Technician come to my home and tested the geyser, told that some Heating problems is there due failure of of one of the tool.and he said that he will collect the tool from office and resolve the problem in 2 day. Purchased a Racold Omnis Wifi Geyser 25 L from a local dealer on 16 February 2021. Installed next day. The WiFi module did not work from day 1--unable to connect to the network. 3 technicians visited one after the other over 10 days--spent 2 hours each but could not connect. Tried multiple devices and 2 separate wifi networks
Now the company has stopped responding.
Wasted extra Rs 3500 on the WiFi model which did not work for...

We have called for Racold geyser service and the service boy is postponing by saying he will come the next day, he has done it for almost a week and has stopped answering calls, hence we registered a complaint, even after registering a complaint service hasn't been provided yet. Can I sue Racold for this in consumer court...

Geyser not working since mid February. After continous follow up a technician sikandar visited our place on 24.02.202, charged us with home visit charges. Problem identified was that the tank inside the geyser was leaking. The tank was replaced on 01.03.2021 and we were charged Rs. 3, 800/- for the same. While testing the geyser and also on the next day muddy/ rust filled water flowed out of the geyser. This makes us doubt whether a new tank...

I have installed 2 units of racold alpha pro 200 Ltr solar water heater in my house in 2019. The water in both the units is not heated properly since installation. The water is heated up to a marginal temperature, there after water temperature does not rise. Many complaints were registered. Sir, we are purchased racold solar water heater on 14.05.2020, Now that the water heater panel is cracked and water is also leaking outside, That product is not complete one year also, so kindly replace the product as soon as possible.

we are also informed of the toll free number but no response, so please kindly attend our complaint and replace it...

I raised water tank leakage complaint to service center, toll free and now through to the whatsapp and webpage as well.
But even after following fro more than 2 months issues haven't pot fixed.
Last week I raised through email ID as well but a auto response and then nothing has happened....
