Racold — Racold geyser not working properly

I lodge a complaint of my Racold Prino Geyser on 4th March 2016 which was attended by Mr. Amit from customer care and promptly with in 24 hrs two persons came to attend the complaint, however they wanted that the geyser fixed by technician of your company should be brought down with the help of plumber then only they would attend. I argued that from where i would find the plumber but they insisted upon it and left, though at the time of purchasing Geysers I was assured by shop keeper that after sale service is very good. I again talked to Mr. Amit and he promised me that by Monday evening my complaint will be attended. Monday no body came to attend the complaint.Today morning when I talked to customer care first one lady picked up and then when she failed to solve the problem she handed over to same Mr. Amit who might have discussed with his senior and then conveyed me that I have to make the arrangement to bring the Geyser down from its fixed location then only they will attend. I told him that from where I will arrange plumber and once you are charging Rs 300/- as your visiting fee you are supposed to do all these things. Now a customer like me who has to pay visiting fee, cost of any other part if that is damaged and above all money to plumber to remove the Geyser from its position and fix it back then how can this be the best after sale service. I want to enlighten you here that once before in another Geyser of your company same problem came and your person came and rectified it but he did not tell me to first remove it from it position they did the job there itself.
If this is the type of after sale service of your company then who will buy your product and Mr. Amit was telling me that it is company's police.
You are therefore requested to solve the issue and acknowledge your answer as early as possible.

geyser not working

Geyser not working proper, outlet water problem
We used it last night and in the morning we switched it on but the geyser won't work. we switched on the geyser for about 20mins last night. that's it. the water is leaking when we switch it on.
hope we get a service soon.
