Racold — Very pathetic service in Bangalore

I have 2 Racold geysers installed at home, I had logged a complaint thrice with them for bad odour emanating from the geysers, they haven't bothered to turn up until yet. The local technicians that service Racold geysers are very rude and have no time sense at all. They call at their own fancies. The geysers are good, however service (post sales) is just crap. Would prefer AO Smith to Racold any given day.
