Racold Water Heaters — Non-response from the company service centre about maintenance of my Racold water heater.

i had a problem from my racold(perla) water heater (geyser) as it was not providing hot water and also it was causing electric current in the bathroom taps.It was emergency situation and so, i immediately made written complaint to the local service center of the company.But, it was found that the company service center did not give any response to the complaint in spite of the assurance that they will attend to it soon. So, i am forced to inform you about the complaint and the problem.Kindly take action and rectify my complaint at the earliest. Name & address of the complainant: dr.
