Sir,
I am a consumer of Radhakrishna gas agency Avadi.Chennai my Consumer no: is CX 1564016, I have booked refilling of my Gas on 19 th of december booking NO: 571277 and I shifted my home to the next building next few days, I went to the Agency on 28.12.15 and submitted all the new Adress proof etc to the clerck and she promiss us the Gas will deliver to my new Adress on next week (after one week ) and on 4th i have recieved a msg to my registered mobail no:[protected] that cash memo [protected] amnd of 671.5 generated and gas will deliverd shortly.and surpraisingly i have recevd a msg on 4th 5:36 am saying that my re fill booking stands cancelled .kindly book again.
I immediatly contact my Delar m/s Radhakrishna Gas agency Avadi they simply set gas man went to your home .The home was shifted thats why we cancelled the booking . I ask the lady staff to check my adress in there record she have checked in the computer its shown my new adress was there.so who is fault this? this staffs are just playing ir jocking with customers then i qustion she said book another gas immediatly we will deliver, I booked another one immediatly but the Agency is telling me now we cant give you it will take 2 more weeks.So who is fault this? even this staffs Dosent know how to speak or how to talk with customers. I normally take one Gas every 3 months only I am sure this peoples are selling gas cylinder to the market my previous booking gas also went to the market.this staffs and gas delivery mens are playing with customers, i am expecting a reply on this matter.
