Hi,
The cylinder delivery man is asking more money to deliver the cylinder in Poonamallee area. Though our houses are in ground floor the delivery man is charging Rs.60 extra for each cyclinder. He is telling that he has to pay for the van rent and I wonder it is the duty of the gas agency to pay the van rent and how could the consumers pay for that?
Please take necessay action as we cannot afford extra amount for the cylinder delivery. If the agency couldn't able to
