Rahul — Non delivery of mumbai mirror coupons

Mumbai Mirror, I have subscribed for 1 year Mumbai mirror around 2 years ago but still my paper has not been started even after calling customer care many times. My cheque 000008 got cleared on 25/04/2012 & it's more than 2 years but these guys are not taking it seriously & not delivering paper to my address. Don't know how these guys work. It's been more than 2 yrs i am waiting for paper. The customer care people only say that i will get it soon but they are not delivering it. I have complained many a times but no revert. Called seema & other employees in customer care many times but no revert from them. Plz hire good employes who work hard & satisfy customers by solving their concerns. Whenever i ask customer care people to provide me my complain id, they all say the same line "technical issue, can't give complain id."
