Respected Sir,

Last three months ago Mr Suresh was came to Lumding & installed a converter at EDP Center Lumding for Railtel connection & installed IP address in the Computer where PRIME & AFRES connection is available of Personal & Accounts department. But this railtel connection is related with PRIME & AFRES IBM server. So when Server is not open then Railtel connection is not working even the connection is so slow. In a day only 3 to 4 hrs railtel connection is working..So daily work in IPAS is badly hampered both Personal & Accounts.

In this connection it is mentioned here that last one month ago contractor man was came to Lumding for wiring work of Railtel connection & completed the work. But till now connection not connected with Computer due to non available of switch. After completed wiring work Railtel representative continuously intimated that switch will come within in a short period.But short period is not end till date.However, to avoid the suffering from railtel connection & for smooth working Kindly looked in to the matter & solve the problem without further delay.
