Ive filled a TDR for train being late for more than 7 hours having PNR No. [protected] having transaction id- [protected] on 7August2013 having TDR reference No. ekt[protected]. It is pending for more than forty days and the refund has not been made yet and no proper information is being provided to me regarding the status and refund date for TDR filed.
