Dear sir, i have handover my car for repair purpose at your jagrati office on 14/11/2015. Mr. Sonu kumar ([protected]) has checked all the accessories/items at the handover of car. After repair my car, your service centre has delivered my car on dated 27/11/2015. I have paid rs 5, 037/- to the service station. (job card no. Jc15008330 my car no. Is up15n7126). I have informed mr. Sonu, mr surya joshi that gear hndle &jack are not along with the car. They assured me that they will handover me on evening or the next day. I have called them on yesterday and tomorrow but they are saying that they are not getting in the workshop and last they said that the mentioned items are not in the service stations. Here i would like to say that these items were delivered to the service centre and i have one copy of the same. From last 13 years, i am doing service my car to maruti service stations.
