Raj Travels — Fraud Money - no refund

I am facing simmilar issue. I got confirmed booking recepits scanned on my email. I did the cancellation of tickets due to personal reasons one month before tour starts. Even after requesting for refund for more than one month i was getting replies saying refund is in process and all. but never received money. The staff member Chaitali ( executive who booked and cancelled tickets for me ). Mr. Ganesh (who was accountant who claimed to processed it). All the managers who never turned up with sence of responsibility.
Please guide if by any means we can get the refund. Does anybody has address or contact details of the owner so we can directly file complaint.
Amount :- 50, 000 Rs.
