Rajam Housing, Chrompet — Rajam housing is a criminal

This builder is a third rated criminal.we approached this builder to construct our land, he told that he will will construct our building and an additional of 100 sq ft on the second floor but till now he has not done so. He gave assurance he will do everything perfectly but he planned our house asper his convenience to receive ventilation through our land and when we questioned him he started black mailing my parents that he will stop the work. He wasted most of our land to receive ventilation for his building. He enters into the family and create unnecessary problems in our family and splits the family. He does not have any respect among his employees, they say that he has ordered his employees not to do any work which my father says.each and every worker tells my parents that he will do anything to grab others property. He gives assurance that he will do all the work perfectly but he doesn't have the capacity to do the work assigned to him properly he only thinks of grabing our land for his convenience.he is a fraud and a third rated criminal.there is no one to guide the workers, all of them they come at 9am just stand simply in front of our house and goes home receiving there wages. All his workers they throw the mud and bricks in middle of the road and they never bother to keep it aside if my father questions them they say that the builder never allows them to do the work which my parents tells. This builder not only wasted our land but also wastes our money like water. He gives assurance but doesn't implement it properly. Not a single day he has kept his words.his speech will be as though he is the only good person in the whole world. He calls everybody as amma and appa like a politician and later on his will show his face i[censored] question him. So be careful with this builder. Don't blindly have relationship with this builder.
