Rajasthan Electricity Board — Officer Asking For Bribe For New Connection.

I Have applied for a new connection on 19/Dec/2014. The Officer asked for Rs 20, 000 (Bribe) for new connection. We tried to contact to the officer but he always make new excuses. A person of that officer came to my farm and asked for 20, 000 to get connection installed then I asked AEN of Tijara that why his Man Asked For 20, 000 So his reply was " You'll Get Connection Through Procedure Which will take Time. 3 Months (Approx) have Gone and I haven't got connection yet. They Aren't forwarding our File. I have Paid Demanded Amount for the Connection. The Amount was Paid on 16/02/2015.
