Dear Sir I have completed my B-tech in 2011. my Enrollment no. is 07E1GJMEM45T206. College roll no. is 07EGJME206. My all papers are clear in 2011 I get my provisional degree in 2011. But still I didn't get my B-tech degree. Why should my degree not given to me. and what is the procedure to collect my degree.
