Hi sir/ma'am, my name is satish kumar, my ca number is[protected]. My actual date of meter reading was 17/06/18, but on my bill it shows 16/06/18 due to which my current consumption of 369 units has exceeded the subsidy slab and i did not get the subsidy benefits, because the average daily consumption became more due to that wrong meter reading date.in my building there are 8 flats with separate meters, and we all know the real meter reading...

Dear, sir/mam i would like to you about my problem there is an electric pole of bses electricity which is very close to my balcony and the wire are so many and it is very dangerous in rainy season 3 days before there is an short circuit happen and sparks came out at night, if we not called bses electricity so some major thing can happen..

So please move the pillar from here

Dear service providers,
It is unfortunate to realise that the power cuts in chattarpur has become more frequent than ever. Given the fact that delhi is such a hot city and these power cuts make it unbearable to survive in the heat. Please start becoming efficient in sending your crew when there is a power cut and not keep us waiting for 8-9 hrs. This is unacceptable and such a poor maintenance facility....

I m preeti resident of mohan garden f block near peepal wala road.. My complaintis regarding breakdown issue on daily basis in only f block area.. This is going on daily basis in day or night.. Now the time is 3 am and our light was gone at 10 pm.. What is this. If is on daily basis breakdown due to overload then why u r not deviding light into other blocks or why u r install a transformer here for handle that much load.. Bcz on daily ways...

I am a resident of block l-extension, mohan garden, uttam nagar. My ca number is[protected]. I am seriously fedup with the customer service of bses. Every second day there is the power cut in my area for atleast 3 hours and if the same time i am trying to complaint from customer care number its always busy at night time. Even i have tried with the whatsapp number as well they never recognised my mention ca number in any...

This is to inform you that house owner of address situated at 5/196, 2nd floor, sundervihar, new delhi-110087. Is manipulating theft of electricity with the help of your staff at guru harkrishen nagar office in west delhi. The house owner is maintaining 4 ac, boaring moter and few of lcd.
I am surprise to note that their electricity bill is maximum rs 2000.00 pm in the peak season.
Please check how they manipulating the things....

Hi my name is dharam pal, since past 3 to 4 days regularly my power supply is been cut off about 4 to 5 times a day and that to for about 2 hrs. Today power was cut off around 11.00pm so after waiting for half an hour i raised complain with complain number [protected]. However even after 2 hours of the complain no actions been taken for interruption in power supply inspite of reminding them by calling customer service every 20 minutes. I...

Respected sir, reminder of 22 may 2018 no action taken till 18 jun 2018 i was running a play school in my house in 7 \2 aram park shastri nagar delhi 31, as i have closed play school since march 2018, so i request you to help me and change tariff category from non domestic, to domestic category as i have to pay too high bills and also request you to adjuest extra paid in next bills on the name of my father late shri sita ram ca no is[protected]...

Power supply badly effected in my locality every night power cuts of 4-5 hours and sometimes we have to spend whole night without electricity our daily life routine is effected badly inspite of lodging complaints and mailing upto third escalation head situation is getting bad to worst concerned person never replies to our calls customer care service never have any update when approached to the local complaint centre there reply is shortage...

I jahanvi malhotra, resident of kiran garden, uttam nagar, being a concerned citizen would like to draw your attention towards the increasing problem of frequent power cuts for about 4-5 hours and sometimes even for about 10-12 hours in our area. This has become a serious problem. Because of this people here are facing lots of problems. Students are not able to study during the day also even at night because of regular power cuts.

I had been complaining on bses raj dhani chat bots towards no supply to ca#[protected] since 11 june 2018, time 11:30 pm. Now it is around 6 am 12 june 2018. Till now no one from the ground staff had bothered to oblige to the complaints while the customer care is resolving open tickets without any confirmation on the supply.

I have just noticed that some body in our neighbour has made a cut in our incoming cable and joined a cable and carrying the cable to his home. This require your urgent attention so that this power theft can be stopped and our cable is saved from over heating and subsequently burning....

There is too much power cutt off at vipin garden approx 8 to 10 hrs daily in every time morning afternoon midnight, why the bses not solving this problem. I have small kids and they are not sleep properly, i leave in kashmir colony located at vipin garden from last four years. I notice in every summer power cutt increase, this summer exhausted just because of electricity supply is not proper...

We are facing no electricity issue in our area vijay vihar, uttam nagar, district vikas puri, we are going to our offices and works without even bathing, students are having their exams and they can't study properly. You were seriously being too "chutiya" in our case, people are very angry, if we are going to suffer in few more days, then we have a serious and sincere warning for you we are going to burn bses bhawan, nehru place.

I m residence of d-block gali no-12, harinagar extension part-2, badarpur-110044. The street light is not in working condition since 4 months.. And the street light pole (Pole no - svr/ r114) is tilted on the common street. It's on verge of breaking down... We are having problem in parking our vehicles... And in any time one can suffer from accident any time... It's a humble request.. Kindly repair it as soon as possible.br...
