We didn't receive a Nikko r the previous month. Got a bill due in December. Before it was due, our connection has been cut without warning. We have made payment. BSES says we now need to contact the divisional office. However their offices are closed for 3 days. It is a security concern for women living alone to not have electricity. We have not even been informed before the electricity has been cut. They are not offering us any solution.

Updated by Ig1312 Typo in complaint. We didn't receive a bill for the previous month. Looking for someone who can help me resolve this immediately.
