Complain Number:[protected]
My complain has yet not been resolved even after 3.5 months .In Between I have visited BSES office (Raju Palace
) more than 10 time and every time i had been told that my complain has not been resolved saying my long service line mail approval is still pending.Can any body say here that how long it will take to approve a mail .For approval do you guys need 3.5 months..this seems totally unacceptable
.I am very unsatisfied with BSES service.I would like to take this matter to consumer forum and social media escalation.

Kindly take a serious action on my request else i will have to escalate it.

Parveenkawatra's response Electricity bill is Rs 4550 but we paid Rs 5330 and our refund is not back how can we take our money
