Sir/Madam,

My name is Chandan Kumar. My electricity meter was running very fast since last three months and showing enormous bills. We used less appliances at home & we were away the whole day.While making complaint to customer cell of BSES they have informed that meter is running well but the problem was in the meter wiring connection.
I have paid the bill of 10350 rs but I request u to please do necessary checking and make further adjustment in the billing amount.

This is regarding my A/c NO.[protected], I need to get meter testing, as current bills shows heavy consumption, in this regard, I request to depute your staff
