As we got a call from customer care number I.e, [protected] she was very rude in the call and also contacted the personal numbers for the payment and doing arrasement and making issues about me. As she informed this the company policy so we are doing like this..is this ur company policy

I'm ordered mi note 4 and the delivery message revived which showing delivery by 31/01/2018 but am not yet revived product and delivery boy mobile also not reaching, kindly do the needful.
