Rakhibazaar.com — Non delivery of rakhi hamper

I had placed an order with Rakhi Bazaar RB[protected] which was supposed to be delivered in Dhanbad on 18th August but didn't get deliver. i tried connecting with the customer support team but their number is either not reachable or not responding. Wrote a mail to take an update but didn't get any response over their. Online payment has already been made and nobody from the team has bothered to get in touch with the customer.

I wish to either get a status update on my order at the earliest or entire refund.
