Ram Narayan — Non Delivery of Courier

Dear Sir, My name is Ram Narayan, yesterday your field executive Mr. Raj Kumar mobile no. [protected], called me for my courier, i told him no body is at my home from my family, i can call to our neighbor to received the courier, he refused to deliver them, he said, he will only handover me that courier, i said in day time i will be always outside due to job, how can i receive that courier at home, today morning i called him about 11.00 am, again he reply today he is now at other direction, and tomorrow call me at 9.00 am. now my request is that kindly dont pick my courier from any department if future if you dont want to deliver it. please send my courier at my office address, other wise i will submit my case in consumer court because i am facing the loss of Rs.10000/- per day due to late delivery of this courier Regards Ram Narayan
