Ramkay tvs medavakkam — Worst Bike Service @Medavakam Ramkay TVS

I had very worst experience at medavakkam Ramkay TVS Service center. I use to have periodic bike service at ramkay. For past two service i have complained Head/Bore noise and ride vibration have been noticed in my bike. So in the last service they have adviced me to replace Head/Bore and they have given quotation of Rs 9000/-. And they have promised me, the noise from Head will not get again. So i have spent around 8500 rupees last week and had a test ride of one day. I never see any difference in noise and also ride vibration. I felt the same behavior noticed after the complete replacement. In the final they are arguing me, it is a expected noise and vibration must come in all vehicle. My question is, then they asked me to replace the Head/Bore? Also i had a cross check in another authorized service center, they confirmed issue is there. Then what is the use of spent that much amount. Please take this as a serious request and do the needful.
