DALEEP KUMAR FROM RNA INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY rights, VENTURE SOFTTECH PVT LTD, Daleep from RNA a law firm, Kalyan chakravarthy of venturesoft including some local executives of international software brand, they make a cold call to the small firms or institutes, they run fraud in the name of copy rights by using big software branded companies. they send their persons to the institutes to take the photos from outside of the premises as whom their chances of making money put in copyrights trap and are mis-utilising the international brands by making money and for the settlements asking for ransom amounts, cheating, fraud and fradulent raids. They are running fraud raid rockets making money from the small institutes else they say they will make police raids if you don't make settlements come meet in some cafe/restaurant to finalize the matter with them. Jul 27, 2015 AmitRNA's response RNA, IP Attorneys (a specialist IP Law firm) has taken all court actions and send notices on specific written instructions of SAP, SE Germany (SAP). The actions are aimed towards institutes unauthorizedly imparting SAP training using SAP brand name and unlicensed/pirated software. The claims of party’s posting complaints are malicious and without any basis. Students beware of these unauthorized training centers making false claims and promising placements. SAP has intensified its efforts to stop all such training institutes providing classroom training or online training who falsely claim to be SAP authorized partner and use pirated software and SAP brand name to make profits.
