Me with my wife had booked a manali-kullu trip from delhi last month. Really a worst experience i ever had in my life. While booking the package they promised us like they will arrange transportation for all of our local sight seeing there. But it was a fake commitment and had to pay extra money for local sight seeing. The informations in website is fake, in package on third day a trip will be arranged up to rohtang pass and back, but they were refused to give this and asked me to pay extra money. Entire tour coordination was absolutely zero, called many times to office to get the number of drivers and for quiries. But the reply was unsatisfied and the taxi people, hotel people everybody was asking money from us. Hotel arranged was not near to the town and it was in a weird local area. While return from kullu to delhi they informed us to wait for a bus in bhuntar airport bus station and told us seats were confirmed. But when bus arrived they said seats are not booked and were not in any list. We were so much tensed and i had to call travel agency again and again. The rao travel is running with few brokers, staffs doesn’t know anything. When i called several time one ms sonia picked the call and she asked me to contact one broker mr. Thyagi for bus, and another broker mr. Saurabh/mr. Deepu for local sight seeing…
Guys, i will never recommend anyone to book through rao travels and giving them “0” rating.
