Hello Sir, I am from roorkee, I want to file a complaint against my noisy and abusive neighbor. Mrs. Jagvati and her two daughters are very abusive, they always try to find opportunity to fight and use very abusive comments. Yesterday, when my mother was reading her news paper on terrace, that lady along with her daughters surrounded my mother and started yelling at her. Mrs Jagvati is wife of Mr. Suresh chand and he too has a very bad record of his career. Its kind of trend of that family now to fight with people of our colony. They once caught by the electrician to steal power and when he asked them about this fraud, they started abuse to him. Please help me to get rid of this nuisance. This is limit now. Thanks Rashmi
