I dont know where is my ration card
bcoz there is no one tell us all the details about it .

with regards I, Sri Arindam Das, residing at 115/2 R.B.C. Road, P.O. & P.S.-Barasat, Dist.- North 24 pgs., Khudiram colony, ward no.-26, informing you that I was applied a new card for my daughter, named Aradhya Das on 22/11/2017 at Barasat (sadar), DCPS, nearest land mark Kanchari Maidan, Barasat Station. After 5 month i.e., on 24/03/2018 at 14:19:11 the status has been shown through net application submitted, after couple of days on 26/03/2018 at 14:28:22 the status was seen as verified and finally on 20/04/2018 at 15:23:46 the screen has been shown approved. But till date I have not received the card as well. from applying application to approval delayed 6 months and yet not received delayed already 2 month.
Please take a necessary action as early as possible.
