[Resolved]  Ration Card — not issue duplicate ration card

My name is Aakash Kumar Singh from Faridabad. I had lost my ration card in Oct 2013. So, I had submitted the form & FIR in Ration Card Office which is held in NIT-5, Faridabad. And they submitted my form but didn't give any receipt & say next Monday you can take it. But now Dec 2013 is going. Till now, I hadn't got my Ration Card. They always say it is not signed by the senior officer. Please take any action as soon as possible Thanks & Regards Aakash Kumar Singh
