[Resolved] RBI — Delayed package | |||
Had travelled to singapore to nagai for a short visit to attend an important function. I travelled by Air India Express flight no. IX 681 on 08/08/15 landing in trichy .My baggage was misplaced by the airlines and I had to go back to trichy again 2 days later to collect. This affected the whole plan This mistake of theirs caused me an additional expense of around Rs.5000/- for clothes and additional purchases and Rs. 3000/- for taxi fare to the airport to collect the baggage. Spent one whole day for collection of baggage.worst is not even a single call from airline about the baggage status and i called many times to get thro the lines. I would like to seek compensation from the airline regarding this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
