We have also purchased plot no.54 from Deopur and we are also facing the same issue. Phoenix Infra always gives false commitment and always commit future dates but fail to deliver on the date. What next step are you taking? Lets launch an official Police complaint in Nashik Police Station.

TRUTH: yes Phoenix group (phoenix infra estate international ...)is a fraud group of india.
They showed dreams to people and fulfilled only their own dreams of big cars. Even after taking complete amount of plot since 3-4 years, still they are not giving the registry.
The same problem with another projects too, not only one.
I am working for them but still they did injustice with me also. I booked a plot with down-payment at (gunga)Bhopal, but still they are not able to give me registry after two years even i am ready to give remaining amount amount of plot.
Now i demand them that 'please give me my money back with interest' or atleast give me written statement on bond paper but NO REPLY from their side.-(chairman-jitsh nasine, directors-vijay goutam, ehamad jiwani, chandrashekhar deshbhratar). They even not picked up my call.
So in presence or in future 'BE AWARE' to purchase anything from this co.
Now i need to take help of consumer forum.

phoenix Infra is a fraud company. I Invest the 1 plot of royal park project bhori bhopal. I Paid 60% of Amounts Company give me a agreement. Company Office located at Mansarovar complex near habibgang railway station bhopal is closed. No any body in here. company I request to any Responsval person of poenix infra company to Return my all amount, you did not Return my amount so i Complant C.B.I. New Delhi.

Yes I too Purchased Plot at Devpur sinnar now they have sent letter to all that registry will be done in Oct 15.This is fraud company all old employes left the company here in Nasik.It is request to all Plot holder to make a group and then launch complaint.I am giving my cell No you alongwith your devpur Plot details forward on my number.

I have booked 1 plot in Kalakhedi project in Bhopal of Phoenix infra co. in July 2012 but we are waiting for registry for the same ..

I had also Registered and paid full payment for plot no 196 in Moza Devpur, Sinnar, in 2012, we were promised that the Plot registration will start in 2013 and we will get a call but no reply, we inquired and they provided us a future date, but they failed and again provided us a false future date and till now they had promised us at least 10 future dates but not able to start the registration process. I would like to know from the disciple of Phionex infra when will i get the registration done. i[censored] cant' do it then pay me my money Back with Bank interest rates.
