[Resolved] RechargeItNow — Amount deducted but Recharge is not successful | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have been used MTS data card for last 7 Months. Yesterday after 9 P.M. I recharged my Data card. My data Card no is [protected]. My balance was deducted from my account but I did'nt get the recharge conformation and My Data card no has not been recharged. My account balance has been deducted by Rs.999/- I lodged a complain to MTS customer care executive. He told me that My deducted balance should refunded with in 7 days to your account.
