RechargeItNow — Amount deducted - No recharge

I have raised couple of tickets at their website, but I did not get any reasonable resolution. For these order ids AC[protected], AC[protected] and AC[protected], I did not get any recharge but amount were deducted. These were done on[protected], but till date I didnt get any good response. Even, I escalated multiple times. Each order was of Rs 997. Latest escalation Ticket Number: T07363204B3
