the recharge is not done yet..its been 7-8 days. However, The amount from my bank account is also deducted by the recharge money.. but recharge is not done yet. I've submitted complaints 2-3 times to them. In turn i just only get emails from them that we will contact you. This is fraud. They are just giving track...

i recharged my reliance GSM phone from rechargeitnow.com. the details are given below.
the transaction failed and i got an email assuring me that the amount would be refunded within 2 working days. But that hasnt happened yet.
And even after repeated emails from my side, there hasnt been any response nor the refund.
Kindly look into the matter.

After checking with my service provider about the balance, it says not credited, than i requested to refund my amount which i recharged through contact us page. The recharge has not received to me. i had placed an order for super saver pack of rs 3025 tata sky recharge on 11th march & still i haven't received the recharge. i had even contacted tata sky and they were of the opinion that recharge has not been successful from the onlinewebsite.

on 27 march 2010 i recharged my Aircel prepaid mobile Rs.100 Top Up voucher in www.rechargeitnow.com website.
first 3 times error occurred i am using my SBI ATM Cum Dbeit card.
4th time only Rs.100 Top Up successfully done

till now My Rs. 300 is not refund to my SBI account

I recharged twice for Rs. 1000.00 each on 12/3/2010 for SUN DIRECT DTH,

My bank details are as belows which reflects the Payment done to rechargeitnow. I have sent many complaints but no reply. They have refunded only 1 payment of 1000 and have neither recharged or refunded further 1000 rupees. Kindly take necessary action.
