[Resolved]  RechargeItNow — Money taken but no recharge

I tried to recharge my MTS modem ([protected]) of Rs.999. The transaction after PIN is entered and processed and showed An error has occured as response.It is around 7'O clock on date of 19.09.2014 in chennai.Please Help me or Refund money.
