RechargeItNow — Poor Service-Money deducted but Recharge failed-Didn't get refund

Hello, I tried to recharge a number using rechargeitnow.com on[protected]:44. Money was deducted and didn't get the recharge. I have raised a ticket about the same to the company's helpdesk and didn't get any sort of response. Unfortunately, today I again made 3 transactions and the status is saying successful but didn't get the recharge amount. And I tried to contact them on [protected] and there was no response. I'm attaching the details in a screenshot. Please help.
