Red Express — False report that Undelivered Due to concerned person not available

Dear Sir/Ma'am I am Abhishek Kumar Mishra. I purchase an Opium Sun glass online through Health kart. Health kart Dispatch material through Red Express courier. On 28th Feb, 2015, 03:51 P. M. I got a text message from Red Express that Hello Abhishek, wayside no 12555775, booked on HEALTHKATR. COM is Undelivered Due to CONCERNED PERSON NOT AVAILABLE. Right back I call to Red Express Customer Care no. [protected], a lady pick my call and make a conference call will Local employ at Lucknow. That person said that my mobile was switched of, after short time he said that my mobile was not off but there was no any tone as I have RCORDING of conversation, he committed that he will deliver product at evening by 7 o'clock. When I called him at 6:40 P. M. he said that he can not deliver at 7 o'clock but he will deliver the product as soon as possible. When I said him that I have to go out of city today he said he will deliver in time I called him at 7:40 but he didn't pick my call. Continuously I called him ten times but he didn't pick call and after 8:30 o'clock he switched of his mobile.
