My delivery Waybill No# 11751773 undelivered. Red Express customer care never available and raising concern online is a waste of time.
The only way to contact them is via the seller (consigner) and they do not value the consignee.
My max deliver date was 28th October 2014.
On Sunday 26th October I get a SMS alert stating (undelivered due to CONSIGNEE WANTS DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE) when no one came to my doorsteps and now on 30th October I get a SMS stating (undelivered due to Non Serviceable location).
