Redbus — Amount deducted from my account whereas tickets not booked. | |||
I was trying to book 3 tickets from Tirupati to Hyderabad on 07.05.2015 at around 7.30 A.M through REDBUS. I chose 3 seats in KESINENI TRAVELS Volvo AC Semi sleeper and made payment through my SBI debit card. Amount Rs. 3148.20 was deducted from my account (no.[protected]) whereas tickets not booked. A message was displayed as 'your booking was unsuccessful our customer care person will contact you soon'. Transaction Id 49358729. I have awaited one week still the amount not remitted to my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
