Redbus — Booked Bus didnt pick up from departure on time.

Dear Sir, I have booked bus in redbus.com application...My PNR number is RMT4256316 and TIN Number is TH[protected]...where we had gone at the departure on 06.05.2015 12.30 am but the rathimeena bus employees told that "this particular PNR Number is for tomorrow (07.05.2015 and that is how our system shows so help yourself or contact redbus ""...But we had highly disappointed since I booked for my sister and for their children... What mistake had we done????...we were on time at the time of departure...this kind of mistakes suffer people like uuss...we were helpless at the midnight. Please give us the justice..
