[Resolved] Redbus — Bus Service Cancelled and Amount not Refunded

I booked ticket on 2ndOct 2016 to travel from Pune to Shirdi. The ticket was for 3rd Oct 2016, 23:30 PM TIN No TJAX28854865, pnr no 49140783
Seat No : I, J, P
Bus : Neeta Tours & Travels

I got a call from the bus services saying that the bus has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded to my account . But no amount has yet been credited to my account .

The no from which the call came is [protected]

Kindly look into this matter and arrange for the refund my ticket amount paid for the services cancelled by the operator and not of my fault.

I have booked a ticket from rajhamundry to tirupathi on sept 28 and it was cancelled by service and they didnt refund my money... redbus is waste to use the people who works in redbus they are not reacting waste services...
