Redbus — i didn't received my ticketnumber and seat number

HI, Greetings of the day!! I booked ticket from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam on journey date 16 july 2015 through pay u money as I got payment id[protected] but till now I didn't receive my ticket number and seat number for that I paid money 790rs/- when I am calling to customer care they are not receiving my call please help me my contact no [protected] and I booked through [protected] mobile number .
