Redbus — I want to complain about service of red bus.

This is dipali balki, and i have booked ticket from aurangabad to chandrapur for 28 october 2016 at 8.00 pm of royal travels of redbus. I got "this site cant be reached capi. Redbus.com’s server dns address could not be found.", but amount is debited from my account.
