[Resolved]  Redbus — Non booking of ticket and non refund of money

On[protected] i have booked a ticket for an amount of rs 2311 from hyderabad to nagercoil, but the trasanction failed and a message displayed that your amount will be refunded in 10 days, after 10 days i lodged a complaint with my banker who informed that my transaction is sucessfully proceessed, but i did not book the ticket and i made another payment in the same
