[Resolved]  Redbus — Refund of Cancelled ticket not received

I had cancelled a ticket on redbus.in and the refund is not been processed after 72 hours and even the red bus customer support team doesn't even reply to the mails and when called on the toll number the customer staff people behave rudely and doesn't give appropriate information.Please i need my bus ticket refund at the earliest and an apology from redbus so that they dont torture other consumer Ticket no -TGBM79284955
