Redbus — Refund of Rs.1054.56 paid on 28.06.2015 online in SBIPG at Pilani Soft Lab_PayU by using Indian bank credit card

On 28th June 2015 I booked return tickets to Thanjavur at 20.17 hrs and paid through Indian bank credit card for Rs.1054.56 for which tickets were not issued by Red Bus through sms or email. I checked up with Red Bus and Rathi Meena Travels over phone but there was no response. Hence I could not able to make the trip. Refund of Rs.1054.56 has not been received so far.
