[Resolved] Redbus — Regarding refund of the bus ticket | |||
I have registered a complaint regarding refund of the ticket fare in sea bird tourists via red bus portal on 24-oct-2016. Till now there is no response from Redbus or this consumer complaints site. They have deducted twice the seat fare for a single seat booking and I am very frustrated from this long 15-days wait. I have noticed deduction of twice the amount of the ticket price ie rs=800 was charged instead of rs400 for the same seat booking, On[protected] and I asked for a refund via mail and called the customer care, but there is no response from REDBUS, I have attached my e-ticket which I got from REDBUS.
