I have booked a ticket from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad. Journey on[protected].ticket number 49712881 and the mobile no is [protected] and mail is saidurga.[protected]@gmail.com. But APSRTC has cancelled all the buses at this time. So, I just want to cancel the ticket and get my refund.
