REFUND TICKET FAIR URGENTLY To, Dear Red bus team, This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked online tickets through Red bus.com on 24th NOV2015 to travel from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 24NOV2015 for 1 Member. Payment was done through Payumoney. After Payment transaction got a message stating Seat was not booked & Payment received successfully. But i received message and mail from Payumoney for successful payment. My seat was not Booked. You people failed to sent the Seat Booking message to me after receiving My Money Here are the details of Transaction: Merchant Name: www.redbus.in Payment Mode Credit Net Banking:- SBI BANK Amount Rs 400.00 Payment ID: 79813698 Merchant Order ID: 56423797 I hope provided info is ok, please do the needful ASAP. I made a booking on 19th August 21 from Bhopal to Nasik.
I made a payment of Rs 1275/- thru PhonePe.
The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.
I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not rec'd in your end and asked me to check with my Bank.
I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 1275/-has been duly credited to redbus.
The UPI transaction ID is[protected] dated 19th August 21.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest.
