My order no. 11317372. I had ordered for a 5in1air sofa for around Rs.2600/-, rediff delivered a second hand used and completely damaged product. After writing hundreds of mails and hundreds of phone calls they took the damaged product back, ever since Rediff is saying Ill get back damage free product but nothing is done and they are not refunding my money..
